Haven't gone there in over 3 years because food and service sucked. Got coupons in mail so we decided to try again. Wouldn't... take the coupon husband got home half the food missing. Call said they had it waiting. So im sure it all will be cold wast oftime and money. Read more
I ordered 2 tacos, French toast sticks, mini churro and a piece of cheesecake. After I paid, they told me to pull around front... which was annoying enough, but then I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food and when they finally brought it, the tacos weremissing. Since they just handed me the bags and walked away, by the time I inventoried the items, there was no one to tell. SoI went back through the drive-thru and had to wait for the two cars in front of me before I could get my food. They gave me 2extra tacos to "make up for it". I'd have rather been given a drink. I was not happy here. First let me explain, I've worked in the food industry for 15+ years both restaurant and fast food. So I'm... giving my opinions from how I was taught to keep a restaurant clean and sanitary. The bathroom experience:. Apparently theydon't clean the bathroom often because it was nasty. All the stainless steel had layers of prints and something smeared on them.Not smears from wiping down the toilet papers covers. The sink had not sure something on it. At first I thought it was blood allover the top but it wasn't it was reddish dirt smeared all over the top. The main door, first impression: The enter/exit door,bottom 1/4 was solid black from people pushing the door open with your shoes. It takes weeks for that amount of marks on thedoor. The lobby experience: Several tables has wet spills on them. Some were dry and some were still wet. My impression isnobody has cleaned the lobby in awhile.. Their was a table with a large wet spill all over the top of the table and the floor. It took a minute to find where 4 of us could sit together at a decently clean table. The front counter experience: The younglady that took my order was super nice and we received our food very fast. Most of our food was excellent. Unfortunately thetacos were so full of grease. They didn't strain the grease off the tacos and it made my son sick from so much grease. Read more
I had no complaints. I ordered a sourdough jack and it was perfectly made. Haven't had a good one of those in a while. Usually... they're soft and not toasted like they're supposed to be, but not at this jack in the box. Customer service was good also. Read more
Ordered a Triple Bacon Cheesy Jack combo and waited nearly twenty minutes for it. Wasn't even busy in the slightest so there was... absolutely no excuse for it other than incompetence. Manager on duty was also not making things easier to get orders outquicker. One customer got a refund in that period of time. By the time I got my meal, the fries were stale but the burger wasdecent. Place was clean for the most part except some of the tables had soda spills on them. Would come back but this placeneeds an overhaul in terms of management. Read more
We enjoy eating here however they always seem to mess up more than they get it right. Out of the last 5 times, they've only... gotten our entire order right once. The staff wasn't friendly and once you complained about the service you received you goteven worse treatment. Read more
It takes forever to get order placed in drive thru. Then was told after paying to go sit in front of the building when I was the... only one in the drive thru. Then took 15 minutes to get food while I sat in front of the building while not being told why Iwaited so long. This also happens everytime. Lack of customer service and common communication.
