Reviews for Two Chicks & A Hippie in Pagosa Springs, CO
Limited seating options and wait are to be expected. The service after being seated was super slow. We got our mimosas after our... food and the wrong order for at least one person. The food was tasty especially the salmon tacos. Wish it had more fish. Theomlet was so small. Pagosa mimosa was fantastic when it came. Read more
We were passing through Pagosa Springs and were looking for something with gluten free food. I got the short stack pancakes with... chocolate chips and they were amazing! They were crispy and delicious :) definitely recommend! Read more
We visited Pagosa Springs mostly for the Hot springs . Looking for breakfast, we were attracted to the name and, of course, the... ratings. We ate on the patio. I had the oatmeal with cinnamon toast. The oatmeal was the perfect consistency and flavor. Raisins would have made it perfect. The cinnamon toast was wheat bread, I believe, with a cinnamon spread. Hubs had the hippiebreakfast, the traditional eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. His only complaint was the one slice of bacon.. I bought astraw hat from their merchandise and the hubs ordered the Pagosa Mimosa in order to get the ?free? glass, which cost us $15. Morgan was our waiter and he was very attentive and fun to talk with. Aside from the cost of the mimosa and glass, they did notdisappoint Read more

Holy moly, this place is delicious ???? This is a double review because I ate there for breakfast with a friend and lunch with... the hubs. We said we would only try new places this round in PS but this place was too good not to return! For breakfast I hadthe single biscuit & gravy which had great seasoning, most times I find gravy to be so bland, not here. My friend had the Goudaomelet and said it was just stuffed with veggies ???? The coffee ?? was nice and I got one to go ?? My hubs and I returned forlunch, the place was just as busy but the wait was short and the service was quick and attentive. We even tried to guessMorgan?s nationality, he was nice enough to play along when we could not have been more wrong ???? funny guy! For lunch I hadthe salmon ???? tacos and my hubs had the French dip, again totally on point (it?s was actually Toni @ Pagosa Nails thatsuggested the dip and it did not disappoint) No question as to why this place is one of the best in Pagosa ???? Great place for breakfast/brunch. The Gouda omelette was excellent and filling. Same with the chile and gravy-smothered Southern... burrito. Service was great. The server made excellent suggestions, including finishing the breakfast with an *insanely* tastysticky bun topped with chopped pecans. Read more
This place is amazing! You won?t be disappointed. I have to mention that I?m coffee all the way, but their Chai was the best... I?ve had. The skier sounds like it?s going to be too many different things, but it all worked perfectly together. The Goudaburrito was a really nice change to the basic breakfast burrito. Read more
There was a 20 minute wait for a Wednesday morning brunch. The line was out the door, so we assumed the food was going to be... fantastic like it was recommended. Unfortunately it took a while before we were serviced. The OJ was watered down. I had askedfor, not over cooked eggs and they were rubbery. Ordered two separate plates and we both thought everything was bland, althoughthe chili did give it some flavor. The staff was friendly, limited seating. The bacon was not tasteful as well as the sausage.Biscuits had sauce but were too mushy. Hash browns were burnt on the underside and undercooked. I couldn't tell if the syrupwas sugar free (not a fan, for syrup). Read more
