They have a nice atmosphere here with wonderful music playing and and it is also well spaced out for your enjoyment of having... foot room and having food. I am Cajun and was pleasantly surprised. I will add that this isn?t authentic Cajun food but more Creole. It was still good... though! I got a small red beans and rice, hushpuppies and a shrimp poboy. Read more

Wife and I visited had the fried shrimp, hush puppies and spicy cajun sausage. Everything tasted great, service was outstanding.... We finished dinner with chicory coffee and beignets, they were awesome!!! Read more
The Lost Cajun serves the best food in Pagosa Springs and probably the best Cajun food anywhere. The Voodoo Pasta is fantastic... and we also enjoyed the Gumbo, Jambalaya and Poor boy. Wow! What an excellent meal. The staff was fast and friendly. Don'tforget to save room for the Beignets!! Read more
