We ate here on our trip to Pagosa Springs. We dined in and sat on their patio. The patio had a cover around and on top so it... kept the wind out very well, It also kept to cool out as it was hot that day. The food was very good, I had an enchilada andChile Rihanna. Great food and excellent service as usual. This is the best Mexican food in Pagosa. UPDATE: On Mother? Day e went to another... restaurant in town and waited an hour for our food (which never came) before walking out. Came here and received excellentservice, even though they had a large party seated before us. We were seated right away, received our drinks and food within 20minutes. Such a delight! Best Mexican restaurant! I've tried so many restaurants and none of them compare to Ramon's. I look forward to going to Colorado... because I get to eat the best food. I always order Chile rellieno with rice and beans and side of sour cream and guacamole. Ilove their nachos too. All the food is incredibly delicious! The service is above and beyond.
