I've visited this location twice in the last month. Both experiences have been great! The afternoon shift manager is so... professional and has amazing customer service. Great and friendly staff. Food has been perfect everytime I go. Some of the negative reviews seem absurd given that they blame... short staffing and not getting more portion than what is called for. Hardee's is a for profit business not charity. If youwant a freshly cooked sandwich and the best onion rings around or fresh ???? fries then this Hardee's I where it's at. They are understaffed but so is every other restaurant. What sets them apart is their way of dealing with it. There was a... customer who was waiting for their food and yes it was taking longer than 'normal. The man behind the counter apologized to thegrouchy man and explained the situation. The grouch kept on complaining..the man behind the counter kept working and so did thestaff. They finally got him his food..it was fresh off the grill and the fries were hot..there was nothing wrong with it..hecomplained anyway...when he finally left the guy behind the counter told his team they were doing a good job under thesecircumstances and then said a little prayer & reminded his staff they were blessed. I waited for my food and then thanked himfor doing a good job when he handed it to me. It was worth the wait. Read more
I have eaten here twice in the past few days and both times the burgers and chicken were hot and fresh, very good food. Also... the employees were very kind and hospitable. 5 stars, great job guys! Read more
This is THEIR loaded omelet Biscuit. I even asked about it and she said the ham and sausage is inside. So i opened it up and... said so 1 piece of ham and 4 little pieces of sausage is considered LOADED. Not worth the price. I've had the loaded omeletbefore and it was much more than this. How sad!
