We walked in lobby, lady comes out and says their lobby is closed.. theres no one to take our order, but she can walk out and... tell us the lobbys closed. We tell her the tow truck wont fit in drive thru, she says well i cant help that! We are in a hugetow truck, too big to fit in drive thru, so we attempt drive thru because its been a long day on call, we have to stay as closeto grass as we can as we are too tall for the drive thru! We have given this location a 2nd chance, and a 3rd chance over the last 6 years. Still today with different management this... location has the worst food and service. This location needs to be burnt to the ground, and let another food chain start over. Read more
My daughter and I took advantage of the $1 breakfast sandwiches and by noon, we both had severe food poisoning. And yes, it was... from this establishment because those sandwiches were ALL we had to eat all day. I'm learning that convenience isn't alwaysbest! Read more
This Paducah Southside location has to have some of the RUDEST employees and non service I have ever experienced. On more than... one occasion I have had rude service. Today I pull through their drive through just a few minutes before 4pm, some woman?s voicecomes over the speaker yet not clear enough to understand what she said. I just make the assumption she?s asking for my order soI start to order. She hatefully comes over the speaker much louder than before and says ? I?M GONNA NEED YOU TO WAIT ??to whichI replied I?m sorry, I couldn?t understand what you said. I left and did NOT order a thing. I would have gladly waited, howevernot in response to that snotty uncalled for attitude. I can get friendlier service elsewhere and that is where I went. Thereneeds to be some real management at this location and some MUCH better training in customer service. Read more
The service was excellent. We had a slight problem with placing our order at the drive thru but it was taken care of quickly.... The food was hot and I didn't have to wait long. Will be returning sooner than later Read more
Food not great. Apparently we got the dregs of the potato bag because our fries were all 1inch long and way overcooked. Same... with our nuggets. Dark brown and hard. My husband said the men's urinal was broken and the men's toilet wouldn't flush... Nice. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper and had been mopped with a very greasy mop. I slid across the floor. Stopped here for a quick bite on our road trip. I know, Wendy's is Wendy's but the service here is what ticked me off. When we... walked in the place was freezing! Probably around 60 inside on a colder day. The counter person comes up and just stares at us.I said are you ready for our order? She just stared at me. Awkward! Then several comments about how busy it was and people werenot going to stop coming in. That was not cool. The food was perfect although burgers were more dry than usual Wendy's burgers. Read more
