Horrible! Horrible! The manager was rude to me the. She turned around and was rude to her employee that was helping me and had a... question...she tried to argue with me and I saw her go to in the lobby cleaning the nasty thing and then she turned around andmade someone else clean it because she didn't want to...she is rude..lazy and the place is nasty and we will never beback...order was wrong twice! The food was ok not the worst, but not the best but the customer service was the one of the worst. Employees seemed very... confrontational towards each other which caused an extreme delay in ordering and was a bit uncomfortable for customers. The"supervisor" (name tag read Melissa) was of no assistance to what appeared to be a new employee when he was asking how to makethe low carb burger. He asked the supervisor three times what to do and she blantly ignored him. I stepped in and told him nobun. At first he handed me two platters with just a patty so I asked him to please place the patties on a bed of lettuce. Hewas very nice about it and added the lettuce.
