First time we have had the opportunity to eat Peruvian Food. All we can say is W O W. We did a little sampling of the first... five items on the menu. The food was D E L I C I O U S. Flavorful and diverse. The Shrimp Soup was heavenly. The owner spenttime to talk about the food, culture and the history of the restaurant. When in Pacifica CA, this is a must place to dine. The best seafood I've ever had, the price is really good, believe me, if you like seafood definitely should try this place, I... promise that you will appreciate my suggestion. I recently visited El Toro Loco and was pleased by the great service and the recent renovations to the restaurant. The nacho... special had a huge portion size and was very tasty.
