NO Wi-Fi !! Closes at 6:00pm. Not so friendly service!! AVOID if you can.
Poor customer service. The lady helping take my order rolled her eyes and turned her back before I could even finish talking.
Fast and friendly service, either a little busy or SUPER busy (like on July 4th). Thank you for having a nice store! I think it... would be nice to have things like packaged sugar, cinnamon, creamer, etc. available in the dining area to conveniently gussy upa beverage. Read more
15 minutes and counting for a simple beverage. Normally no problem here? hope this isn?t becoming the norm. EDIT: Error taking... drink order. A barista saw that I was waiting a long time, checked with me, and immediately made my drink. Bumped up a star forcorrecting the error. Read more
Poor customer service. Incorrect order, did not take initiative to correct it but instead continued working on other orders.... When asked for bathroom code, the woman did not mention one of the bathrooms was closed so I kept entering the code. I thenasked if the code was incorrect only for her to mention afterwards only one bathroom works. Once they told me my order was readyit was still missing one more item. Overall, this staff requires much needed training in customer service. One star service. Read more
Great customer service got my order right and they were very kind with the courtesy ice water. They are now allowing indoor... seating with the exception of the bar.
