Basic Subway with fairly good sandwiches. Prices are not bad. The staff was friendly.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!! I had a meeting for work and was running late, so I had my 13 year walk to subway, pre-ordered him a meal... to eat while he waited 30 min for me to pick him up. I called the manager to let him know so they could show my son where hispick-up meal would be. They did not listen to understand, they listened to reply and completely misunderstood what I was asking,proceeded to tell me that they could not do that, that my son could not go there and eat as a paying customer, mind you again heis 13 years old!!! When I tried to explain, he accused me of yelling at him and hung up on me. I tried several times to callback, had several other people try to call, just to cancel my food order that was already paid for and for over an hour, NO ONEwould answer the phone!!! I end up cancelling my meeting, getting my son, who now had nowhere to go and going to the subway totalk to the manager of which the manager had left. Yep, I ended up paying for the sub and taking it when I really wanted tothrow it at the manager and get my money back! All I needed was for him to sit and eat, play on his phone for 30 min orless!!!! Owner is very rude and unprofessional, I place a online order and received email confirmation that my order was received and... paid for. When I arrive to pick up order the owner says they never received it and apparently my confirmation email meansnothing to her and tells me my payment was probably denied. After being proven wrong about not receiving the order and mypayment being denied?she runs to the back like a coward and never apologized. I will never step foot in this Subway again! Read more

Yo I love Subway. After training from 6-8. I love grabbing a sub on the way home. But dang what happened to the 5 dollar... footling. This is the difference in the fifth star. Read more

I ordered 4 sandwiches tonight. Pickup at 715. I got there at 730. A girl was mopping. I grabbed My bag and left. I get home one... of the sandwiches were made wrong. No problem. I work service things happen. I call and get greeted with uhh hello. I told himthe issue and told him I can?t come back tonight because I have a fussy baby, I?m not going to eat the sandwich could I bring itback tomorrow for a remake. He said Uhh sure I?ll let them know bye. I said don?t you want my name? and gets even more rude andsays sure fine. I?m sorry my wrong order was an inconvenience but I was so nice. Two guys working this afternoon, the blond kid with the silver necklace had zero customer service skills. Very unfriendly and... got really abrupt when I didn?t hear what he said at the register and he had to repeat it. I?m always friendly when I go to abusiness because I work in customer service and know what it?s like to deal with rude customers. He needs some customer servicetraining. Ordered online using the Subway app. To my surprise, there was a code on the front page saying that, "Order one footlong sub,... get the next one for 50% off... Use code : BOGO50. Awesome! Placed our order 3 footlong subs, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 oatmealraisin, and 1 raspberry cheesecake. Go to check out and there isn't any where to put the discount code in! We think, maybe wehave to hit the checkout button, in order to get to the next screen, and maybe we can put the code in there. Nope, it then showsmy total and lets me know that my card on file has been charged. Oh well...I'll just have to use the code next time...maybe atthe store. Anyway, get there to pick up the order and I noticed that the cookies and the cheesecake are not in the bag. I askfor them and the employee then informs me that I can choose between oatmeal raisin and macadamia nut. No chocolate chip and noraspberry cheesecake. I ask for a refund for the deserts.... All activity stops be on the counter.... No one knows how toproceed with my outrageous request. Oh yeah, one other thing... My Sprite was nothing but soda water.... No Sprite syrup atall.... Refused to offer service without a face mask. Did not even offer to provide a mask. The young female employee simply told me "Im... sorry" in the most sarcastic tone of voice that implied the exact opposite of being "sorry." I would recommend the Wataburgernext door, as the drive through moves very quickly and the employees have never been rude to me there. Read more
