I normally love going to my local Starbucks, but the manager there (Ariel) has made it unbearable for customers. She pretends to... be caring, but i have witnessed her turn around in the same breath and be abrasive and smug to her own employees. She is fakeand rude. I am a long time regular customer, but will start going to the Starbucks in Target, across the street, from now on.She honestly doesn't deserve to be in customer service and has lost many loyal customers due to her lack of respect of heremployees. Everyday I order one iced drink and one hot drink and every day I get 2 iced drinks...they have to remake it and it's been... happening for about 3 weeks now of....we just moved here from south florida and never has this happened so many days in a row.Makes me wonder, do they even read the details (special orders) on these labels....this drink is literally espresso with WMsauce one hot and one with ice...not hard to make drinks with many customizations, nope. They don't make sure the lids are on the drinks when they hand them to paying customers. I even had someone admit it when they... handed me one through the drive through. They saw the lid, which was just laid on top of the cup, spill on me and my car seats,and they admitted they don't always make sure the lids are secured on. I do not like any drink from Dunkin but if Starbuckscan't get better about making sure their lids are on correctly, I might have to get used to going to Dunkin, because they knowhow to secure lids.
