We visited this location on Saturday, April 9th. We had never eaten there before. The waitress was very polite and patient with... us. She was also very attentive. Our glasses were never empty, she answered all our questions. It was not super busy at the timewe were there. The food was amazing, fresh, fully cooked. We will definitely be going back! *EDIT* We came back again, April19th. This time bringing all 4 of our children, aged 3 to 12 years. Our server Trey was amazing! The place seemed very open and extremely SLOW... , We waited a long moment to get recognized or seated and when we did it was a... nice booth, where kids had drawn on the walls????. We ordered and appetizer and we also ordered our food with 2 waters.. thedip shown in pictures was not dip it was a Hard bowl of some hamburger parties and cheese microwaved together to be dip... ITWAS NOT DIP, IT WAS A BREE OR SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO SPREED.. NOT MELTED ANYTHING.. I ordered the Cajon pasta and need it cookedaway from fish... I let them know I ordered a salad and wanted ranch nor ceaser and TOLD HER 2XS TO CANCEL IT .. I HAD TO PAYFOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED.. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND IT WAS NOT FRESHLY COOKED AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE GRILLED CHICKEN IT WASice cold ???? .. ICE COLD, AND THE SAUCE WAS SO WATERY... we never seen a waitress and I swear they have no pitcher to evenrefill drinks, the food was brought to us in about 8 mins, this also tells me they pre cook the chicken and hamburger parties..SO THIS IS NOT FRESHLY GRILLED FOOD, served at something with the word GRILL , IN THEIR NAME... NEVER will we BE BACK, shortserving staff and they THEY DROP THe payment THING off and run away AND RUN AND NO RECIEPTS GIVEN THEY NEVER COME BACK AFTERPAYMENT. Had been made. We paid $47 for a 12 burgers, $7 for handful of chips, and $13.29, I also left $7 tip... waters freeright... HOW THE HELL WAS MY BILL $47????? , OT TOOK THEM LONGER , to make a salad then out food??? I came here with my parents while I was visiting them and this place was soo good!! I don?t have a Mugshots at home but now I... wish I did!! Best burger I have ever eaten! It was so juicy and literally just perfect. Plus the comeback sauce was amazing. Ihighly recommend trying them out! Read more
