Went in with my 1 year old. Waited at the counter for a few minutes with my kid in my arms. No big deal, until someone pops... their head out and says "I'm gonna need you tonorder yourself at the self kiosk." While struggling to order with a 1 year old inhand a gentleman walks up to the counter and someone comes and takes his order while I'm still struggling to order with the kidin hand. Finally I get done order, it says take a table number and I do. The table number doesn't matter because they don'tbring it out to you. This is notba customer service place anymore. You get more service through the drive thru than if you goinside. The manager needs to train up the employees on customer service. Won't return. Plenty of othe McDonald's to choose from. Read more
