The food was cold, missing extra sauces I paid for, fries were over cooked and the Santa Fe cilantro spice was not hot.
Ordered Cajun dry rub wings and got plain wings. Just a sprinkle of the seasoning, could barely even see it.
It's Chili's fast frozen. It was fine. No drama. Just soggy fries and pre battered chicken. Expected. Crisps up in air frier.... Bonus. Read more
They put wings and fries in the same box with the Ranch Dipping sauce. The sauce was hot and runny and the container the sauce... was in was smashed so it was all over the fries and the inside of the box. The wings were dry, hardly any buffalo sauce on them.Tried to call the restaurant but no answer. Will not be ordering from them again! Read more
Don't fall for it, this is literally a Chili's, they market it as a different restaurant to increase sales and fool people.
