This is the worst Dunkin doughnuts I have ever experienced. Could not even get a simple order together and in the bag to be... picked up by DoorDash. Tried calling the store numerous times but they never answered the phone. Decided to go into the storeand was told yeah we have some problems with our phone. When I asked for a manager or a phone number for the district manager Iwas given an old receipt with a highlighted email address. It is so unfortunate that this place is so poorly managed. My family and I come in to this place fairly often and I have to say it is pretty gross. We understand the short staff, trust... me. There were three people working today and the tables and the women's restroom were so disgusting we brought antibacterialwipes to wipe off of the table. The bathroom had urine, blood, and a ring around it where you can tell it hasn't been cleaned indays. The sink was atrocious... Hair and dirt everywhere. When telling staff about the conditions, they state they are going totake care of it and they never do. On the other hand, some of the ice cream was melted and still served. The service is also notgreat considering most of them never smile or even act like they want to serve you. I have seen this establishment run better byone female than the crew I saw this week. I had some issues with my DoorDash order but Mitchell, whom I think was a manger, was absolutely wonderful in politely telling... me it was an issue with DoorDash but also was very polite in explaining the policy of why she was unable to fix the situation.However after the extremely polite way of telling me no? she was even nicer by fixing my coffee and talking me through usingDoorDash next time for delivery. The issue being the limited menu DoorDash offers and trying to customize a different drink tobe the one I normally get direct from Dunkin.
