Reviews for The Ozark Mill Restaurant at Finley Farms in Ozark, MO
This place is gorgeous! The food is amazing! I had the ravioli with beef tips and it was amazing, the pistachios and asparagus... were a great addition in this dish! My boyfriend had the burger and it was so good, I will be getting it next time. Our toddlerhad the kids pizza and we tried it too, she loved it and so did we! We?ll definitely be saving room for dessert when we comeback! The service was amazing too, so fast, friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend and am already planning on comingback soon! The first thing to notice when you show up is just how beautiful it is being on the water here. The scenery around the Mill is... so nice, and helps create a great atmosphere for the restaurant. All of our servers were especially nice, and really went aboveand beyond my expectations. The food was very good, and the meats were cooked to all of our likings. It was just a great eveninghere at the Mill, I would definitely go again anytime I?m looking for a nicer dinner in the area. Read more
What an amazing place! Unique atmosphere in such an awesome, well preserved, historical building. The farm-to-table food and... cocktails were delicious. My family is from Alaska, so we know how seafood should taste but we usually never order it atrestaurants after so many years of being disappointed. My Mom was ecstatic when the server asked her what temperature she wouldlike it prepared to. And yes, it was perfectly cooked! Read more

Food is delicious, atmosphere is great, and people are friendly. Go here for brunch with the ladies, a date, fun with the... family, or just by yourself to sit and watch the water while you eat. There is shuffleboard and a gift shop if you have a longwait. We ordered the Mill burger for our entree. There are 3 types of meat on it. It was flavorful and juicy. I was pleased. Theburger came with fries. They were large fries, but not steak fries. The honey mustard was a little too sweet for me. I like ittangy with some kick. We also ordered the risotto fritters-they were delicious with pickled peppers. The green tomato cake wasyummy, but also pretty. It is reminiscent of a denser carrot cake, but a pale green color with buttercream frosting. The peanutbutter tart was very peanut buttery, and good, but too rich for one person to eat alone. Overall, we were happy and will comeback. There are pictures of the Mill through the years on the walls also, which was cool history. Read more
Wow. When you first start walking through the parking lot you start to get a sense of how cool this place is. The parking lot is... neat. The landscaping is very well done. (Go in the evening when the lights are on) You walk in the entrance and make your waythrough the gift shop and start to see how well done the construction is inside- so cool. My wife and I were seated next to theglass, and could see the river outside and the super sweet patio outside (it was too cold to eat out there). If the weather isnice, I?d strongly recommend that you eat outside. A pretty tidy menu, not tons of choices, but quite a few varied options. It?s not a cheap date, but the service and food quality even it out. Our waitress was great, staying on top of refills andchecking on us periodically. My wife had the shrimp and grits and enjoyed it very much. I ordered the catfish and was surprisedat how mild the fish was - my wife even accepted the bite I offered and said she enjoyed it. She also liked my slaw. The saltand vinegar potatoes are pretty good, but I couldn?t eat all of them (got to be too much). We finished with the peanut buttertart, with the toffee sesame drizzle. Wow. Just wow. They?re still working through their long term plans and have lots of otherthings coming at this former mill so I?m sure they?ll only get more popular. I?m very happy to return next time we?re in thearea. Read more
Went their tonight. Very pleased. Loved the decor, atmosphere, employees and food. Food is fantastic! The flavors and spices... used are extremely unique. If your vegan, vegetarian or gluten free this place is for you. They can accommodate. The tastes andflavors I would have never expected, but it is an utmost must! You also can dress comfy and comfortable. You don't need to bedressy. It is a bit pricey, but the food and drinks are worth it. I'll definitely be going back to experience lunch. The menuswill be tried on each item. Read more
Beautiful atmosphere, outstanding service and wholesome food. We tried the Braised Pork shank which was so tender and flavorful.... The half chicken had outstanding taste and was so juicy it melted in your mouth. The cornbread is a sweet spin on traditionalcast iron skillet cornbread. Jalapeño would?ve made the perfect addition to this starter. The bar menu is very unique! Highlyrecommend the Pimento Margarita with the added spice. Just enough spice to add taste but not overwhelming. Their seasonalblackberry mint Moscow mule was delicious too, but almost overbearing on the mint. Read more
