@ McDonalds Ozark, MO on CC exit. I just pulled through the drive thru. Kindly asked for some extra sauce for 40 nuggets.... Someone in the background said, "I have them plenty". The person in front of me gave me an extra 2. Get home, and althoughcharged, neither order of fries was in the bags. Before loudly complaining about a customer asking for extra sauce get your acttogether and get the order correct to begin with. Read more
I order breakfast on DoorDash every Wednesday and Monday morning. The same thing every time. A biscuit and gravy one without a... biscuit a Dr Pepper and 2 Daugherty cheese biscuits no egg. The last three times my biscuits have been wrong. This time Ifinally called I was very nice and the manager her name was Janet was incredibly rude and tried to call me a liar saying Iordered it wrong when I was looking at the receipts on the biscuits and I seen that I ordered it right. Then got an attitude andsaid ?well what do you want me to do about it? and I said I want my biscuits. And she got mad and said okay then I guess come inand get them. If I could rate no stars I would. Went here tonight and ordered for 4. One meal was a chicken nugget happy meal with apple juice and fries, this was also the... first item ordered. When we got our food, no happy meal. When I asked the employee he said there was no happy meal and askedthe manager. She was like it was not on there, no happy meal (very rudely). I looked at the receipt and they broke it downseparately and put apple slices. When I explained to them that wasn't what I ordered the guy looked at me like ????. They saidthat wasn't what was on the order and wouldn't fix it. I'm sorry but I did not type of the order and when the gentleman repeatedit back to me he repeated it correctly. Poor customer service. Always have an awful experience here. They get my food wrong every single time we go. Our order is never very difficult but they... always somehow mess it up or we get very cold food after waiting 10-20 minutes for "fresh food". Read more
I had ordered Frappe Mocha medium size on drive thru, she gave me iced Mocha large sized. I would say always chek your order... twice before leave the window. Good and quick services. Read more
