Definitely don?t order and expect the time they give you to be correct or your order at that. I was told 25-35 minutes for my... order to take a little over an hour! Management is a joke and needs to work on her customer service skills or find another job.The phone was answered by ?Yes? and I was also hung up on. Did a walk in order, and the lady helped me place an online order for 2 LG. 3 topping pizzas for under $20. Only took 10... minutes,and she delivered to the truck. Great Service!! Read more
I play dominos roulette a little too often. ?Will dominos deliver to my address today?? I don?t have my own vehicle so picking... up my food myself isn?t always an option. Stop claiming you don?t deliver to my address whenever I see card delivering pizza toother tenants all the time. Too much hassle for pizza that tastes like toe jam. Read more

I used the app to get food delivered to the Eagles Bar in Freeport. I met the driver " Lacey" at the door. I asked her if the... sauces where here. She said that no, they are not. The girl who gave her the order didn't give her them, because they were sobusy. So, she was aware that she didn't have them before leaving the store. She said she can rg some back if I need them, I toldher yes. I want them, I ordered them and they were included in the price of the food so I did want them. She said okay, I willbring them to you. It's now 9:51pm,... Food was delivered at 8:58pm. I am absolutely angry. This is ridiculous. If I request/order them I want them when it is delivered! UPDATE: they used to be really good. But tonight I learned their consumer service is terrible. The mobile app and the store had... some miscommunication. So my pizza was made incorrectly. Their solution? Just buy another pizza! Thanks for all the help. Itmight have saved the store one pizza, but it did cost them a customer. Any other place would have apologized for the mistake onthe app's behalf (even if it wasn't their fault for making it to the app's specification), and replaced the pizza withoutfuss. But instead I had to wait in the drive thru, honk several times, and call the actual store to get somebody to the windowdespite their being 0 cars parked and 0 in the drive thru. Terrible experience. Their food is usually great and so fast,there's no complaint there, but the attitude tonight was too much. What a sour taste that left in our mouths. ...Neveragain... Old review: OMG so fast! If I could give this location 6 stars, I would. Dylan and the team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that our order... was ready on time and perfectly executed. I was treated with incredible kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciateDomino?s efforts to maintain proper health guidelines to help keep my family safe.
