Stopped to get gas and noticed the subway. Got in line to order a sandwich. The guy in front on me had just started to place his... order. The worker grabbed the bread he requested and began to slice it. THE BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT!!. before I could open my mouthto let him know the worker flipped the bread over to slice the other side. I assume the worker noticed the Mold because hestopped slicing it and proceeded to grab another piece of bread. HERE IS THE PROBLEM. The worker put the moldy bread back withthe rest of the "fresh" bread, grabbed another piece with the same gloves on and began to cut the new piece with the same knifeused to cut the moldy bread. After seeing that I no longer wanted to order. Loss my damn appitate. Read more
I don't know what the attitude was for, but I came in at 10:31 and still place my order didn't receive my cup from employee. She... also didn't say where to get tHe cup from, even tho it was in my face but that's not point. Bread was under cook, when I ask forit to be toasted. It was like chewing gum. Read more
- food was good - service wasn't that good but they were quick - staff was friendly but seem to care more about the phone... conversation they were having other then paying attention to my order, they kept putting wrong things on my sub and asking torepeat and talking to me and a person on the phone at the same time which was annoying. They do not open at 8 am. They literally looked at me as they prepared the start of the day with a sign on their door that said... they opened at 8 am and didn't let me in. They were most likely illegal aliens anyway, POS place. Mcdonalds won my money thatday. Read more
I Shopped at the Subway on Riggs road DC, near the Wal-Mart. I wanted to try their new garlic bread for one of my 3 sandwiches... ordered but the garlic is not baked into the bread instead, it is spread on the bread like butter. Too much for a regularsandwich for me. I did enjoy my 2 tuna sandwiches and 1 spicy Italian though. Read more
I had not visited this location in approx. 8 years because of an extremely rude Subway employee I encountered there who felt she... had a right to discuss my weight. I later reported her to one of the Managers at the time and he advised me that he would takeimmediate action to reprimand the emoloyee and that he would ensure that nothing like this will ever happen to me again. But Istill decided to not return here for years. I decided to return recently and all of the employees who assisted me with my orderseemed to be friendly and courteous. This location is very clean and the workers all appeared to handle food items in a safe andsanitary manner. This is the absolute worst business I have been to. The 2 gals working lunch on Thursday March 7th were both rude and very... angry. They provided Anti-Service. Both looked like they hated there jobs and were angry that we bothered them by spending moneythere. They need to get jobs where they don?t have to deal with humans.
