When I went to visit my uncle out in the Virginia area in 2019 we stopped here to get my coffee ?? & I just have to say they did... a fabulous job getting it ready & out to me within 5-10 minutes not a minute longer I would definitely come back here again toget my coffee!!! ????? Read more

This location is pretty busy adjacent to a hotel and all, which was a welcome sight as I was a guest there. However, stopping in... Starbucks after check in that evening left me feeling let-down. Quite a line of patrons alright, but the staff hustled - sogood. However, the place had a miasma about it. And this was only reinforced by the hard evidence of flies and gnats in thebaked goods display case. Had to go with canned seltzer and prepackaged nuts based on these observations. Next morning as I leftthe hotel I noticed the plate glass and entry doors had the same smog and smudged appearance as the previous evening. So muchfor hopes of a fresh start, and again a pass on coffee for me thank you. Read more
Staff is friendly. Seating is minimal and not for long term use, just a quick meeting at best. Otherwise no complaints. Coffee... is delicious and hot. Read more
Great Starbucks. Only issue is that you cannot order ahead on the app. You have to park and go in. Parking is already a problem... at National Harbor so Parking to order coffee is alot. I wish they would have mobile ordering so I can just run in and pick upand go before work. Service is fast and food/drinks are great as well. Also great customer service. Read more
The service was really slow but accurate. My issue was with what I saw above the baristas making everyone?s coffee. The vents... and ceiling are covered in dark dust/lint/dirt. This should be cleaned regularly or else all particles will be in the air and inthe coffees. Totally turned my stomach. I wonder if the staff even notices. Read more
