Great view of the harbor. Food and atmosphere could be better for the price. If you’re looking for a sexy date night spot this... isn’t it. It’s more attractive for families or guests staying at the hotel in need of decent food. Read more

Food okay, service terrible! I know there are staff shortages everywhere, but this was bad. Came for breakfast/brunch and... ordered egg and cheese croissants and specifically asked for the croissants to be toasted. Ordered tea and hot chocolate and aside of fruit. Silverware was dirty. Croissants came un-toasted, so we asked for new ones, which took forever. Hot chocolatedidn’t come until after we were done with our meal. Servers seemed dazed and confused. Not coming again. Decor needs to be updated, tablets look like they have been there for decades, carpet is full and dingy, I ordered a breakfast... combo plate that comes with two eggs that breakfast, meat and potatoes. Ask for scrambled eggs and got fried eggs. The Frenchtoast was good Read more

If I can give it zero stars, I would. This place is nothing but a glorified cafeteria. Don't let the pictures online fool you.... First, the martini was awful. You can tell it was diluted with water. The crab soup was lukewarm. Chicken quesadilla and grilledchicken was burned and rubbery. Fries were cold. Crabcakes were dry; the hockey team could use it as hockey pucks at the WinterOlympics. We have eaten at other restaurants located inside the hotels before but have never eaten such horrible food. Almost$200 for such atrocious food. Read more

The staff was great but the food and prices were horrible! They charged $5 for a "house salad" that had spinach, 3 half slices... of cucumbers, and a few sliced Grape tomatoes (pictured). We asked for ranch and received vinaigrette, asked for "well done"burgers and received "rare", asked for specific condiments for one order and the removal of condiments on another and of course, they got them both wrong. I ordered a quesadilla and only the top of the triangle was filled with chicken. Breakfast was alsoridiculous! They charged $9 for 2 pieces of bacon and a 8 oz plastic cup of orange juice. Over $20 for bacon, eggs, and homefries. A complete rip off!!! The Westin is a nice hotel but I repeat....this restaurant is a complete rip off! We were there forthe holidays and made the best of it but never again! Read more
