Customers really don't want to hear the workers behind the counter cursing each other out. Resolve your employee issues... elsewhere. If there is no dark meat post a sign!!!! It's ridiculous to go through the process of placing and order at the kiosk,have my number called then be told there is no dark meat! Let's call it for what it is. Under paid staff that don't really care about their jobs. I received the wrong order after waiting... 30 min. Not worth it. And management is non existent. When my friends and family ask me about fried chicken in the area, I'llrefer them to KFC down the street. Read more
Okay, so the crew behind the chicken counter are horrible. When I got my food they started laughing and shaking there heads. A... lady before was complaining about the fries. Not the best Royal Farms I've been too. The bathrooms were definitely in need of TLC. The wait in line was kind of ridiculous... but I understand employees need breaks too. The only thing was the one employee who was helping line was waiting the otherfemale employee to come back and she sure did take her time walking back to the counter haha ????. The chicken sandwich wasn'tgood but a brother was hungry so I made do. Im usually a big fan of the Farm but today was a lil disappointing. Read more
Over several visits over the course of the past couple of years, this location of RF is consistently out of brand as far as... quality and customer service. Last visit, couldn?t provide a bag, didn?t get cheese sauce ordered and was on the receipt, allthe dark meat and wings looked and smelled as if cooked in trash oil. When this place first opened the food and service was impeccable. Today, service and food was horrible. I had multiple missing... items. Went to address the issue with multiple staff members, every single one messed up the order again and to top it off oneteam member lied and said she gave extra tenders because they didnt the chicken that I ordered. Mind you it was two differentorders and she didnt give me extra tenders at all just the 5 pieces and a sprinkling of fries. My sandwich contained old chickenthat i literally could not eat. Lets not mention all the other customers demanding the speak with the manager and the managerwas gone like houduin and could not be found. The best thing to do at this point it to fire everyone working the 2:00pm shifttoday. Dont believe me check them cameras!!!! The chicken and potato wedges were made with care and the gas prices are very competitive. The store offers ample parking and... sanitation stations are available for free to all that enters . Management is doing a great job with stocking and foodpreparation. This place will receive a 4 star rating from me. Read more
One of the worst royal farms to go too. Customer service sucks, never have working coffee machine for flavored cappuccino. The... employees are beyond lazy, always on their phones, always a gathering behind the chicken/fries counter, and they get an attitudewhen you needs assistance. Read more
