I ordered a 20 piece meal for me and a few friends and it never arrived and when I called my delivery driver she didn?t speak... English so I called Wingstop myself and let her know I would be calling the people working at Wingstop today October 24, 2022were absolutely no help And I asked if I can get a refund for my order or how my order replaced so I can get a new order and myfood still never arrived. It said it was out for delivery and that would arrive in five minutes but it never came. I ended uppaying $28.83 for food that never arrived and I was told that I couldn?t get no refund and there is nothing they can do about itI contacted the customer service hotline and was told I can get a refund but it would take up to two weeks and this was the lastamount of money in my account. This is a very poor experience and I?m probably never gonna get wings at this location everagain. Then when I went to go get my money back since they said they can give it in cash I when to the bathroom and it wasinfested with roaches so I told the workers at the front and got brushed off mine you this was yesterday October 24 2022 And Iwas still not refunded or compensated for my order. The absolute worst wingstop I have been to in America! The fries were soooo soggy and had no flavor at all but dirty grease! The... wings were the worst wings I?ve ever had from wingstop they had absolutely no season nor did I taste any flavor I picked garlicParmesan, lemon pepper, and Louisiana dry rub!
