Nice and clean location ordered my sandwich online and it was ready at the time they gave me great service.
If I could rate a 0 star for customer service I definitely would without hesitating. DORA gives all the bad attitude that she... could. She is so unprofessional, this ladyyy tried to argue with me THE CUSTOMER! I had to walk out of the store, I told herthat I didn?t want her service. Every time I go to this location, she gives the customers a really bad attitude and is rude! Ireally don?t know why she is still working there, she should?ve been fired long time ago. It?s not the 1st time that she doesthis to me. But with yesterday?s visit that was enough, subway just lost a loyal customer and I will be letting all my friendsand family know not to go to this location. Read more
The employees at Subway need to be more respectful. I know it's a minimum wage job so that's why they feel like they should do... the minimum. Unfortunately in a fast food establishment you need to be fast and energetic and treat people with respect. I seenone of this when I walk into this Subway location. Read more
Bad customer service! DORA was taking my order and when you ask something, she answers back rude! has happened TOO MANY times,... not coming back here. I never new customer service could be so poor. When I arrived, the door was locked which confused me because the "open" sign... was on and the schedule said this location didn't close for another hour. Looking inside, there wasn't an employee to be foundeven though all of the topping were out ready to go on the next customer's sandwich.
