Very selective on who they let into the bathroom. I did go in and wash my hands but noticed they have a "out of service" to keep... other customers out. I am unfortunate to have a strict drinking diet. When I asked for ice, they said that machine does notwork; when I saw some one use the machine to get Ice, the attendant tried to make up an correction that in fact there was nocups to provide, she said by "managers orders". I have noticed that some subway locations are using the pandemic as an excuseto extremely cut expenses, they have shrunken the breads and consequently minimize the "subway" food and customer service. Gina one of the employees was giving me the worse costumer service of all times. She was making my sandwich then she started... grabbing her hair and when I asked politely to add extra sauce she gave me a bad look and mumble angrily then she just throw mysandwich at the cash register I end up not buying it since it's bad costumer service. I did not go to Subway but to a new Restaurant next to It called Saku! I enjoyed my Beef and Shrimp combo and Hubby liked his... vegetable Ramen! Read more

Worst customer service I've ever ever seen in a Subway franchise. She just threw the meat on the sandwich unevenly. Complained... about how I ordered my ingredients. They just rush rush rush. It wasn't even busy anf they were in a hurry. My spicy sandwichdidn't taste like the spicy sandwich I get in Fillmore. Their wasn't fully stocked, I had to ask for the ones I wanted. I hateto complain but it was awful. will not go back there I rather pay more money and get Chinese next door. This Subway gets Kudos for friendliness as well as for remembering their clients. I can usually go there and they know what I... want and prepare it just like I like it. If that's not great service, I don't know what is. They really go out of their way tomake you feel welcome, they are fast and efficient, which is pretty special in itself because they can get really packed inthere on matinee movie days/nights. This Subway isn't the worst I've seen, but the owner of the store is probably the worst part of it. Just today, i walked in and... asked for a cup of water from the girl behind the counter, and she told me the owners rules that he doesn't give out cups ofwater or let non-customers use the bathroom. The girl was courteous about it, but I could sense she didn't agree with hispolicies. Also, every time I've been in there, it seems like something is dragging the morale of the people working in theredown. I guess no water no bathroom unless you're paying for food at the moment (as if I haven't been in there multiple times) isonly the tip of the iceberg. I'd imagine there's high turnover of employees who would otherwise be excellent workers. Read more
Foot long sub was excellent. Ordered ahead in the app and got 15% off
