I do have to say that I expected better. Food did come out quickly, but not without sacrificing quality. I got the 5pc chicken... tenders, and 2 of them were undercooked, and 2 overcooked. I had rated this place a 1 in the past because the customer service was way out of hand. But I've gotta admit they've gotten... pretty good these last few times I've gone. Food is always good at Popeyes, can't complain since there are no Church's in Oxnard :D Well... the only complaint would be the... wait time, there is always a wait at the drive thru even though you place the order via app. It is so bad that they had to putcones to reroute the drive thru line. Forget about going there if there are any promo, the line spills out to the street. Nexttime I should probably opt for pickup from store than go through the drive thru. Update... There is also a wait picking upmobile order in store even though there is specifically a line for mobile pickup - doesn't matter as there's only 1 memberattending behind cashier. Then there's 1001 question to pickup your mobile order, he asked for verification code, asked to seename on the order. The app doesn't show these anywhere. Instead I showed the confirmation email received - doesn't show my nameeither.
