Worst location ever. It?s always a year long journey. Just to get through the drive through. Most of the time the employees are... just talking to each other. What is there to say about this Mickey Dee?s? Mickey Don?ts. Seriously, McDonald?s for the whole you know what you?re going to... get and it?s usually a positive experience that keeps you smiling, coming back for Happy Meals, Big Macs, the fries and so on?Well, what is good? Um? the location, I guess. It?s near the freeway. But that?s about it. And the brand. But the brand of thislocation is tarnished. Truly it?s a 2 star experience, and there?s nothing Golden about these particular arches. The service isslow and inefficient. The sweet tea recipe is way off, making it waaay too sweet to the point of being undrinkable. The workersthere are nice enough. I imagine they work hard. But there seems to be challenges in training or perhaps management or ownershipor operations? Is it possible to blame the employees themselves? Not really. As there are many great places operating in theOxnard area. Including other McDonald?s. Almost every time I?ve been to the drive thru, the order gets goofed up. Especiallyduring breakfast time. Sometimes you can?t even choose to go inside because it?s closed. And c?mon? we?re now post-COVID. Lackof staff? Short-staffed? There?s got to be a root cause. I still stand by my 2 stars. So here?s a message to the powers that be?Please get to the bottom of all this. Whether at a regional or corporate level or better training or whatever needs to get done.As mentioned this location is convenient. Once you?ve made the changes, I?d be willing to reconsider it as a Mickey Do?s. Butuntil then I?ll take my McDonald?s elsewhere? and cannot recommend. Read more
Drive thru service was extremely slow today. The food was good, fair prices and today the employee at the window was friendly.... Still overall a good place for quick stop for morning breakfast or coffee. Read more
I go here often - usually after working out to get a drink. Morning crew is fantastic order is quick and friendly. Afternoons... are not so great. Employees are more interested in chatting with each other. A few days it took no less than 10 minutes to get acup. It was the wrong size. Read more
Once used to be an efficient fast food restaurant now has no pride is providing any service at all. ???????? I haven't had a... decent experience getting food here in a couple visits. It's difficult to get a completed order. Period. ?? Good luck! Read more
This is a nice, clean McDonald's. The staff are all friendly and quite helpful. Some McDonald's don't have napkins available ... except for behind the counter, but this McDonald's is well stocked. Read more
Ventura is a terrifying place to go out to eat you never know what you're going to get poisoned or otherwise this McDonald's is... better than pierpomt but not by much. I've gotten undercooked food here on more.than one occasion. Fries are rarely pipping hotand they seem to not want to heat up their pies for some reason. Coffee is hit and miss. There must be one or two workers theirwho are exemplary and the rest slack at your digestive expense. Dont be afraid to complain tho they seem to care. Read more
