I remembered how good pizza chief used to be when I was a kid in Ventura. I ordered a pie from them for me and the grandkids. ... It was burnt and was the worst tasting pizza that even my grandkids would not eat. They didn't even want to finish the slicethey took. All went to my dogs. Don't know what happened to their recipe but it was horrible and not what I used to get inVentura when I was a kid. Read more
I ordered the garlic bread with cheese. It was delicious. The place is very clean and the staff was very nice.
Definitely tasty pizza. I saw the reviews and decided to order the Monday deal with green peppers and sausage. The driver had a... hard time finding my place(which I'm used to and not at all upset about with it taking almost an hour to get my order)the pizzawasn't piping hot but still delicious. I'm from Chicago and have been settling for pizza man Dan but there is something notquite right about their pizza so I wanted to try the fresh dough daily option offered here......Next time I'll request extrasauce and cheese to set it off properly.
