Didn?t get my order right, they were missing thighs. So when they told me to pull up they called the guy that prepares the... orders, he tells me that he put all the pieces in each box (when he didn?t). Mind you I had tried calling 3 time with no luck.Workers didn?t acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake. And I said nothing to make it right till I proceeded to tellthem that I would like a refund because my order was not correct. They think I would drive back and make up a story. Wow! I find it better to go in and order. They miss a lot of items and you have the drive thru and are home. As a whole they charge... more per piece then any combo meals, I hate that. Almost 3.00 for a wing? Really? Read more
Dirty table but I've only been here once. They closed the dining room before 8pm. People were trying to get in before 8pm. The... manager locked the doors before 8. I think 8pm is still too early to close the dining room. They should close it at 10pm in myopinion. Read more
I love KFC as much as the next guy, but this location is awful. At this point I think they try to get my order wrong on purpose.... I'm probably too forgiving - you mess up an order now and again and I don't notice until I get home? Oh well. But seriously,EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. AND WHY ARE THEY SO STINGY WITH DIPPING SAUCE??? Usually this place is decent but tonight was no good... I tried ordering a side of pickles but I was not able to and I wasn't... given a reason why... The person taking my order act like she couldn't hear me and she had a I don't care attitude... Then shegot my friend order wrong... He ordered chicken strips and mashed potatoes on the side... He got big old crispy chicken ????.. Igot the #17 just threw my stuff in the bag and they have me a lot of sporks and no cookie ????... It comes with the meal... Their prices are getting expensive for 8 pcs chicken. It used to be no more than $20. Now their prices for 8 pcs is now what it... used to be 12 or 14 pcs. The coleslaw container has also changed it seems the contents have gone smaller. Read more
The chicken was soggy. The soda was flat. They now want to charge an extra dollar to switch side orders if you don't like their... fake mashed potatoes, and the Cole slaw is not what it used to be. I probably won't return to KFC. Read more
