Cool place, but a lot of bums & loco/loca(s) Passing through.
I got a grande sausage burrito and 2 tacos today and they said they could only give me ONE ranch and charge me for my ketchup... for my burrito and hash brown. Like really? The service was slow. An employee parked in the handicapped space and when I mentioned he wasn't handicapped he said, ( What's... the problem) and did it anyway. No respect for seniors or disabled people. Read more
Ordered burger and this was what I received, looks like 2 halves of two different patties put in the bun. Called regarding this... and they hung up the phone laughing. I went back to Jack and they had locked the doors at 8:30 pm, I went thru the drive thruand they locked the windows refusing to acknowledge me until another customer arrived. Then they finally opened the window, Iasked for the manager/supervisor in charge, and was told they did not have one, and the best part no one had a name in the 7staff that I could see. I will never return to Jack in the Box on 5th St and Victoria Rd in Oxnard. My worst experience ever????. Read more
I had the breakfast croissant it was filling. Mediocre taste but it's fast food so good on the go
