I always tell myself I'm going to take a picture, but the food looks and smells (and tastes!) SO DELICIOUS that I keep... forgetting to! Their food is top notch, and the service is INCREDIBLE!! Seating inside with a picnic table outside. Hours arelimited, so check before heading over! (Google hours were correct when I visited). Small place, nice people, best BBQ in VC. They are only open a few days a week for their storefront as they mostly do catering.... Every once in a while they'll have burnt ends also. The sauce is AMAZING!! Everyone I've taken here has loved it. Read more
It definitely in the meat!!! I have tried the tri tip which is amazing and my favorite, the ribs and the pulled pork. Everything... was absolutely delicious ????. A diminutive BBQ joint nestled into the corner of an industrial park that offers fantastic food at reasonable portions for a... great price. The seating may be limited both indoor and outdoor, but with a focus on takeout orders is easy to enjoy for anymeal. The staff is beyond friendly and is very accommodating of order customizations. This spot is mind meltingly dank I ordered their pulled pork sandwich with macaroni. The porks flavor was artistically perfect,... the roll cradled the meat and it never got soggy, the pickles were solid, last but not least the macaroni was delicious verycheesy and rich. 6/5 stars Read more
Absolutely delicious! The waitress was so friendly and the ribs were cooked perfectly! They weren?t overcooked and smoke flavor... was good, perhaps a bit much for some but I liked it. I really like how the Cole slaw acidity complemented the fattiness ofCarolina pork, definitely must try! Read more
