This place is always the same and I won't be back. Super rude employees at the drive through and counter. Last visit stood... there for over 10 min and not only did we not get helped we had no one acknowledge our presence. The employees where having anargument amongst themselves . Very unprofessional. Disappointed every time.. I know I tend to go super late but I mean come on.. I feel like I?m wasting my money every time when I... can just go down a few miles to Jack n the Box where I know I will be satisfied with my order. I ordered a #6 with crisscutfries and a root beer.. the fries were just nasty, tasted like they were sitting under a heated lamp all day. I was in the drive through and they refused service because a friend was loud after o said hello is anyone there so I asked for... the name and the corporate number and he refused to give both saying he doesn't have to wich in reality he does. Better than the Golden Arches in regards to taste, but it is still fast food. A greasy for me but once in a while I do crave a... Western Bacon Cheeseburger or their Breakfast Burger combo. Sometimes I just got to get my fix. Read more
Stopped in for lunch, around 1:30 pm. It wasn't terribly busy & we got our food fairly quick. I had chicken strips & a Dr.... Pepper, my husband got the Big Burger & fries. The fries were my only complaint. Why is it, wherever you go, the fries arealways cold?? The place was clean, the employees were masked and someone came out to clean tables and do a little sweep up ofthe dining room. You have to get a code for the bathroom, but it was clean and well maintained. Read more
First of all we waited a long time, second of all, our food was cold, and to top it off the chicken from my burger was... uncooked. Customer services was horrible, Mariah was very very rude. What I thought would be a regular visit to CJ's but it was not...it was a pleasurable experience. I witnessed a manager mentor... a new employee, assist incoming customers, and ensuring that the store was clean.
