My SIL highly recommended this place so we signed up and got their app just in time for ? day. Got a reminder today that it was... expiring soon so we jumped on the app and placed our orders. Process was simple and we paid almost $5 with tip for 11" ?. I wentcrazy with the toppings and as you can see in the picture, part of it was soaked with dressing which spilled in our frunk whichwas a good thing as we used it solely for takeouts and it's well protected but I digress. Even though my ? was on the soggyside, the crust was still chewy in a very good way and also the edges were crunchy, just the way I like it. This Blaze pizza in Oxnard, CA is probably the worst location I've ever ordered from. My family and I have been traveling all... day, and we decided to do a pick up order in case they close by the time we got there. We wanted to take a quick bite beforehitting the road again, but they told us that their dining room was already closed even though it was 8:30PM and they close at9PM. We had to resort to sitting in our car. When I started to take my first bite, I noticed that there was chicken in my pizzaeven though I didn't order it as a topping. I also noticed I was missing smoke ham, banana peppers, red onions, and roasted bellpeppers. The other pizza in the order was missing red onions, chicken, arugula. It was just a disappointing experience becausetheir restroom was closed and told us to go elsewhere for it, they didn't allow us to eat there, and the order was inaccurate.Blaze lost a customer today. Love the selection and options for "build your own". Always the best pizza because it always has exactly what I want on it and... the service is excellent. Even with food allergy concerns they were understanding and went out of their way to ensure everythingwas clean and no accidental stray toppings made it onto the pizza.
