PEST IN THE LOBBY AREA?? While visiting this Wendy?s on Jackson Ave. in Oxford,MS. My children and I was expecting to sit down... and eat in, when we witness several roaches/bugs on the wall & table. I ordered two large bowls of chill, to go, and when I got home they were both only half full, not exaggerating. I tried to... call the store to ask them why and nobody answers but it's only 8: 00pm. It looks like I've eaten half the bowl in the photosbut that is how they came. I tried to get some chili last week in the Drive-Thru at 8: 45pm and they told me they were onlydoing online orders. At 9:40 I was told that they were only doing mobile orders me and the 3 other vehicles that were in line pulled away and went to... the competition. Had to check my order, since it was very busy on a Sunday. Almost left without a hamburger. Other than that I'd give it 3 stars.... This Wendy?s always disappoints me. I got a breakfast sandwich today, and the chicken is clearly old and burnt. I asked for... lemonade. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of lemonade. I got a sweet tea instead. It tasted as if the urnwasn?t clean. 0/10, do not recommend. Read more
Attached is a picture of my spicy chicken sandwich? however, the worse part is the burger looks like it survived a gang... initiated Jumpin! Unfortunately, I found out after making it onto campus before my next class. So, the owner needs to teachabout the difference between poultry and beef to the workers. I can only to begin to imagine the cross contamination in thatkitchen. Hopefully, something will change as it seems the performance of this particular Wendy?s is? and has been on a steadydecline.
