Tried to go get a sandwich 30 minutes before closing and refused to let us in. If you close at 11 stay open till 11.

I was paying at the end of the line and my sandwich fell on the ground. Neither of the too lazy employees(one little kid wearing... an alabama flat bill and one older lady). This type of customer service should not happen in a workplace. Read more
3rd time eating a meatball sub not toasted both locations in Oxford are not good. I've never had a problem with Subway, but the... Subways in Oxford are not the place you want to eat. Employees refuse to toast sandwich. Poor and incompetent service. Read more
I normally don't go to this Subway in the afternoons, today I had to make an exception. Customer service was terrible. Not both... ladies, the one starting the line. First, I tell her what I want, she throws the Flatbread down, I wanted veggie sub but noticedattitude the entire time. My friend placed her order, the exact same thing happened. Their sign said their adjusted hours went until 8pm. I tried calling a number of times between 7:40 and 7:50pm last night to... place an order- busy signal every time. We pulled up in front of the restaurant at 7:50. I tried knocking on on the window toget the girls attention, but she couldn't be bothered to look up from counting her till, 10 minutes prior to closing time... I'massuming she had the phone off the hook so she didn't have to be bothered with calls either. Super frustrating andunprofessional to say the least. We ended up going to Jimmy John's instead, they're open til 10pm and they actually want yourbusiness. Read more
My sandwich artist doesn't know the definition of a "couple." The answer is two. Update 12/3/2022: If I order a Veggie & Cheese... sandwich and you have me wait ten minutes while you fix orders in front of me and then when it's my turn to have my sandwichmade and you say, "We're out of those veggies and I'm not going to cut any more up.", then you A) lose a sale, B) waste thatfood, C) waste my time, and D) get a bad review on Google.
