Our Popeyes is always extremely busy, but they do a pretty good job of moving people through. I had a chicken dinner, which was... excellent. As did my father in-law. However, the people who got sandwiches received sandwiches that had waaaaaay too muchsauce and mayo on them. There was so much mayo it was inedible. Went through the drive-thru about 6:30 Monday night (10/3/22). First off, the dining room is not open for some unknown reason so... you have to go through the drive-thru. Waited in line about 30 minutes before even getting to the speaker to order. Ordered a 2piece chicken meal and the lady asked if I wanted any sauce with my 10 tenders. I told her I didn't order 10 tenders, I ordereda 2 piece meal. She proceeded to argue with me in a very, very rude tone and was adamant that I ordered tenders and basicallycalled me a liar. I know what I ordered. I drove off and won't go back until changes are made! Awful location and whoever wasworking the drive-thru on Monday night should be fired! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO!! Customers are treated like they aren?t even there! Workers are inside playing on their... phones, talking and laughing and playing around saying things such as idc how backed we are I?m closing early and leaving!
