This is about the 5th time this has happened at this store & I'm normally not one to complain - but , I really need y'all to... understand toppings go on TOP of the cheese . Please fix this . It is so frustrating to be so hungry and crave Papa-Johns onlyto be disappointed by uncooked toppings . I don't like meat lovers . Not for me . Please stop putting my pepperonis & Italiansausage under the cheese . It's not the correct texture when you don't do it right . I really hope this gets fixed soon . Don?t know what?s happening with Papa John?s, either they have changed the sauce or maybe it was old, but the last 4 large works... pizza?s were bad. I just as soon go to Walmart and get one of their marketplace pizza, much cheaper and better. Have no plans ofgoing back to PJ?s anytime soon. Read more
I think this is the best Papajohns in the state. The order has always been on time and fast. The pizzas are hot and fresh. I... have missed something on a Internet order and they have called me to ask if I meant to do what I really made a mistake on, I wasthankful for that these guys know their pizza. Once again they show how mismanaged they are. I don?t know if the owners are aware but when you order over 30 minutes ahead and... arrive to find your order was not even put in the Oven yet is unacceptable! You can not get a simple pizza in the oven in thattime. Unacceptable! I will notify as many people that I can to go to lost pizza or any others in town before this pizza place.Very disappointed in this place for the third time. This is not a one time event. The pizza is good, the service is better. I have always order online and pick up in store. I have never had an issue until last... night. It was my fault for adding stuff to a pending order, however Dave (the manager quickly) jumped in and fixed to pricedifference. Also, the cashier Andrew was extremely nice and caught the issue as well. I've been impressed for a while on theirservice and just getting around to writing a review.
