First time back since the reopening and I love their new menu items. Wish they could?ve kept some variations for the sandwiches... and some of the snack items, but everything is very good and well worth the price. I had the taro smoothie and beef vermicellibowl. Very fresh ingredients. Read more

I ordered the spring rolls and while I was disappointed that they don't offer crab and shrimp they do have pork and shrimp which... were really good. Better ask for extra peanut sauce though. Will be back! Read more

Unlike every other (non fast food) restaurant in Oxford, they won't let you order take out over the phone. Instead, you're... supposed to pull over, download an app, create an account on the app, and order it that way, turning what would have been a 30second transaction into a 5 minute + one. So I just ordered elsewhere. The bbq pork vermicelli is tasty though, just don'tdecide you want it while driving home. Read more

UPDATE: Used to be 5 stars. Unfortunately, it has significantly and continuously gone downhill since the ?re-opening? earlier... this year. They have made sad and degrading changes to their ingredients. Particularly, the tea and coffee used as a base fortheir boba drinks is now much weaker. The food does seem to be improved, but the prices are outrageous for the taste and thequality. The atmosphere is completely changed (and not for the better). They made the utterly baffling decision to change outthe lovely natural and custom lighting for standard white fluorescent office lights. The new lighting makes it miserable to sitin there now. The staff is completely new and seems poorly trained. They often are confused about how to ring up menu optionsor need to remake drinks a second time after bringing them out. And the final straw that lost my love for Mi & Tea was today:they NO LONGER accept punch cards. For years I have come in and gotten a little stamp on my card. Every ten or so stamps was afree drink. I was informed by the cashier that they stopped doing that this week (it?s Monday). There was no notice. No sign. Nopost. Nothing. Not that I?m owed anything, but the disregard (or disrespect) for loyal customers is distasteful and off-putting.If you?re going to end the program, maybe at least honor my existing / last card? Anyway, I probably sound old and crabby fordisliking change? BUT I LOVED Mi & Tea before it re-opened this year. Now I think I?ll mostly drive by it sadly, longinglywishing it had never changed from the perfection it used to be. Read more

They literally just served me rotten chicken. My bf and I both ordered popcorn chicken and mine was gray with dark spots on it.... The box had smaller pieces less chicken in than usually is included, so it really looks like they opted to use up the leftoverchicken that had gone bad instead of preparing fresh chicken. I sliced the remaining pieces in my meal and over half of themwere gray. Since the pieces were small and the spice covered much of the flavor, I had several them before I took a bite of abigger one and actually saw how bad it looked. I am absolutely disgusted and I honestly would not be surprised if they just gaveme food poisoning. Read more

Civilization has come to Oxford.... A solid Boba Tea cafe (national chain franchise). Drinks were good and legit. Had the... Taiwanese popcorn (chicken) too and that was solid (not the best, could have been a bit more salty but the real thing). Openedup just before the COVID-19 fiasco, but hope it stays around for a while.
