Soda machine was out for a week, then they ran out of carbonation the week after. Today, they open at 11:00 and the doors are... still locked. Not returning. I like sweets, but I like a business that has their stuff together. Opening on time is a very basicnon-negotiable aspect of business. Read more
The young lady they have there decorating cookie cakes is fabulous?I just picked one up today that I had ordered for my son, and... was blown away at how great it looked. She took what I had asked for and made it better with her colors/cool font choices. (Ihadn?t specified anything?just asked her to choose whatever looked good). First of all let me say that I NEVER write reviews unless they are positive ones - but let me just tell you my experience today... really set me off. I have never had an issue with this store, the employees are always pleasant and willing to help. First ofall, we got there at 11:55 right before they opened and we waited until they unlocked the door - not an issue I don't mindwaiting! The lady/manager opening the store unlocked the door and instead of opening it for us walked away. Second of all, fromthe beginning when I was trying to order a cookie cake she was so RUDE to me and treated me like I was stupid. The whole timeshe just acted annoyed with me. When I asked her what she would recommend for the color of the writing on the cake she said"Ma'am this is not my cake". But that's not even the kicker here, she asked if I wanted to pay for my order now or when I pickedit up. I told her I'll just pay for it now that way I'll have a receipt - she huffed her breath at me and said the credit cardmachine was down so I couldn't pay. My friend ordered 3 cookies right after me and miraculously she got the credit card machineto work for her. I don't know what the issue with her was today. Maybe she just had a bad day - but nevertheless if you have aPAYING customer who is making a large pick-up order you would think even a LITTLE bit of kindness would've been shown. Dont go here if you want toppings on your ice cream. ???? I just had a tooth extracted and cant have crunchy stuff, but still... wanted SOME toppings (even if I didnt eat all them). Dude says do you want toppings mixed in? I say no, I want them on top. Hefills the cup over the top of the rim. I'm like where are the toppings going to go? He's like well I can mix them in. Ok, Iguess that's my only effing option. I make my first choice and he has already decided thats all I'm getting. Now half my cup isM&Ms. I specified crushed M&Ms, but I guess you just get what they give you here. Read more
The quality of service and product have declined drastically. They now use a marshmallow cream for the cookies instead of the... traditional icing that was so good. The cookies are very crumbly and the blonde that works there is openly rude to the otheremployees. Try insomniac cookies on the square they have great cookies and friendly staff. Read more
