I will never use fetcht again. Horrible service and no one in seems to be in charge. Nothing is fast, and no one seems like they... care. Asked for a discount on my food and was offered a credit. Then, when I asked for something better, they gave me a smallamount and hung up the phone. So, I am not really sure if I will ever get it. Just use door dash from now on. Read more
I have placed a good number of orders from fetcht and tip drivers roughly 15%. I live within a short distance from the places I... order from. It is unreasonable to charge ~20$ in delivery fees for like a 15$ food order and then expect their drivers to becompletely funded from tips alone. Also, their online menus are outdated and I have had items cancelled more than once becausetheyre simply not available anymore, not just unavailable (obsolete from menu) but only after the driver gets there, so when youorder something and it gets cancelled, those items are subtracted, but the % of fees of the total old order are not, so I willend up paying more than I intended for a fraction of the order. Excellent customer service, prompt and friendly. After a long and hungry day, I wanted the easiest and fastest option and didn't... mind paying service fees, especially to people willing to provide food services during the pandemic. My account was creditedafter I mis-typed the promo code and they instantly swung by to deliver an extra side of chips the restaurant forgot. The delivery experience was fine, but the fees are pretty high. I paid $13 in fees (service fee + processing fee + delivery fee)... not including a tip, all for $30 in food. After tip, the fees were 63% of the cost of the food. I live 8 miles from therestaurant and, while I understand their distance based delivery fee, it?s not practical for anyone outside of the immediatevicinity of Jackson/University. Maybe just charge a delivery fee that?s more reasonable instead of three different fees. Read more
I?ve ordered from multiple different restaurants around town through Fetcht, and I must say - their delivery drivers are... definitely the friendliest I?ve ever gotten to meet! The service is faster and more fairly priced than the other third-partydelivery services that exist, also. The only complaint I have is for the time they forgot to pick up the extra 25 cent dippingsauce that I ordered with my meal, which I probably didn?t need anyways???? I highly recommend Fetcht!
