The girl was pretty much yelling at us through the speaker and would let us order without interrupting and yelling over us THEN... we got our food and my husband's food was so hot it melted through his Styrofoam container and into my Styrofoam container!Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
Cook Out has become one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I don't eat fast food often especially since COVID primarily... because service has gone way down hill at many, many places. Cook Out (along with Chick-fil-A) has remained at the top of theirgame when it comes to service and quality of food. I've had an occasional mess-up, but nothing major. Once I got a chicken wrapinstead of a bacon wrap, but it was a large order so it's understandable. Overall, my experience with Cook Out has been great. Read more
Extremely hit and miss. Sometimes it's tasty, but at least 50% of the time at least one of our burgers is beyond charbroiled and... just plain burned crispy black. Also almost without fail something in our order is wrong. If they tightened up the management ofthis place so the food quality was more consistent, it would be a great fast food restaurant. Read more
Terrible customer service from the young lady at the front counter. She did not greet the customers and she gave the orders to... us customers and left the front counter. We stood and waited for a while to ask for additions to our orders. She may have beenhaving a bad day, which I can completely understand, but we were left unattended for several minutes with no one else coming togrant us service. Read more
How could you mess up a duplicate order? 2 orders of the same thing with 1 cheddar dip. This place is not good.

Absolutely love the food, but the service is horrible. They need to replace the speaker. They basically yell at us everytime we... go through the drive through. Cut us off and act as if they can't hear us. Then while at the window the girl was quite literallycursing while trying to get our food order. Completely unprofessional. Read more
