Their mushrooms Swiss burgers are awesome. Ordered food for the rest of the fam it was good too. Servers were also super nice.

They messed up our order. Then said it would be 15 more minutes and an additional charge. The chicken tenders are huge and... hand-breaded. We got them sauced with honey gold. My wife and I Have a daughter in college in Oxford and absolutely love most of the restaurants. However this one is not very... high on our list. The food was average but here is the real kicker. I ordered wings and I did not order a drink because I hadmy own water, my wife ordered a burger and water and my daughter order a burger and water. After the cashier charged my creditcard she handed my wife and daughter bottled water. I told the casher that we didn't want bottled water and she responded thatthey didn't have water any other way and that the fountain drink dispenser didn't provide water which I felt was dishonest butthe real kicker was that when I looked at my receipt it showed three beverages. I didn't order a drink! So I asked the cashierdid she charge me for a drink she said that she did and I asked why and she did not have an explanation nor did she offer arefund. We will never return to this restaurant not only because the food is just ok but because they were dishonest in more wasthan one. Very rude comments that was overheard before food given. Why would I come back if you hear someone say, " I really don't like... her, . .." They already wouldn't honor what they board had listed for prices...(no sign saying price changes)... so I guess thatgives them the right to be rude because I was asking questions.. oh ok.. whatever she just said below is false, I know what Iheard, I guess I have a reason to lie about rudeness. The young man from the back gave me the order because of what the girlsaid to him. Don't worry about it. What I have to fight with you on your bad business practices. My husband and I got food that was awful!!! He got a burger that was half a patty. I got the sampler with the Philly rolls that... were burnt so bad we couldn?t eat them. We paid $42 for food we couldn?t eat, never again ???????? Read more
