The lady was by herself due to staffing shortages, I think we can all understand that. Even so she provided exemplary service,... her attitude was spot on. When the rubber hits the road you need employees like her, because she didn't let the odds beat her. Great Job!!! Read more

Ordered 2 Biggie Bags with double stack. Fries were hot! Big disappointment when we arrived home within 4-5 minutes. Chicken... nuggets were cold, tasted like they had sat for quite awhile. Did NOT get doubles, only dry, small junior single burgers inboth bags. Tried to call twice, no answer, left message with phone number. Highly doubt we will receive a return call afterseeing other reviews. Total DISAPPOINTMENT! Read more

What kind of fast food restaurant closes at 8PM? Got there at 7:15 and they wouldn?t sell us a Frosty because they ?close in... less than 30 minutes.? Creative math. I?ll drive the extra 15 min and go to the Wendy?s on 466A. Read more

Picked up a Door Dash order. Slow and not very friendly. When I asked where the drinks were, I was told I needed to fill them... myself. Not in a friendly way either. The free style coke machine was low on Coke flavor and diet coke. Yet no one seemedconcerned. ???? Read more

Email I sent to customer service at Wendy?s. No response yet. Today I visited the Oxford fl location around noon. I witnessed... the worst customer service I have ever seen. There is a sign in the door to use the kiosk only for food selection, which I didand worked fine for me. However several other patrons orders were not going through, and when asking for help the staff and themanager was beyond rude. Telling them it?s there problem and what they want them to do. After several people walked out themanager was cussing the guest talking trash about them and calling them degrading names. I couldn?t take it any longer I toldthe manager this was the worst service I have ever seen and was disgusted. Because I let her know how wrong she was I was toldto leave the store. Apparently by having this employee Wendy?s is stating that is okay to cuss and degrade desk but apparentlywrong to bring attention to this issue. Since I was told to leave I walked out and never received any food at all and lost 11.01in what I paid. I request that this manager be dismissed and for me to be reached out to and let me know how this was handled. Ihave always preferred Wendy?s over any fast food restaurant but I will not support it ever again if this is not handled. 2nd visit since this opened. This trip was much better. The dining room is closed. Only the drive-up is available. Order for 2 =... $20 (when did a bacon cheese burger alone cost more than $6?). Without drinks. The drive-up line moved fast from order topickup. No wait! The burgers and french fries were hot. Enough napkins were included. And the employees I encountered werepleasant. Locals: you can't access it from 301 directly. Follow the signs to a side street where the there's lots of apartmentsbeing built). Read more

My experience was the worst at lunch for a friend and myself. First there is no way to drive in off of Hwy 301 with a clear sign... of entrance. Then going inside to place an order with the Wendy's App for a simple burger and fries. Many will find that the newsystem for ordering is a nightmare! So never to go here again. Read more
