The best part of my visit was the end and meeting a young man named Chance. He was absolutely wonderful. Whom ever raised that... young man did an absolute great job. He kept me informed on my food and ask was there anything else he cld get for me. He istruly one of the best employees I've seen at this location. These 5 stars are just for you. Did a moblie order and a worker let's me and a friend into lobby with no warning of lobby being closed. Stood in lobby for a few... minutes without being told lobby is closed and from the back a manager named Jordan yells "lobby is closed." So I asked nicelyto speak to a manager about my order where she poked her head around the corner and proceeded to say again "lobby is closed." Ithen explained that the app allowed us to pick it up inside and she then completely ignored my comment. Having a poor attitudewhile putting our order together then proceeded to demand another employee to give me my order. As my friend and I were leavingan employee yelled at a different customer saying"give him a break he just effing got there." Will not be going back very rudeemployees and management!!! Read more
Ordered two large coffees to go and they were 3/4 full. They must of thought I didn't need all that caffeine.
Did not get a single part of my order right after waiting over 20 mins in drive through. Doors locked so I could not ask for it... to be corrected unless I got back in line. I was seen by a crew member through the door who then promptly ducked behindsomething and pretened he did not see me standing there. I really hope I never come back to this location. I don't often go to this location because the service isn't anywhere near as friendly as the one just a few miles up the road in... Owosso. Service was quick though, food was okay. Its a gamble at any location I would say. Will everything be hot and fresh orluke warm from being hot held? Read more
Waited 30 minutes in line for breakfast (I get that it was busy, not really upset with the wait time) but when I got home and... opened my bag of food, all of my sandwiches were covered in syrup, because I was given an open syrup container for my daughter'sbreakfast. When I called to tell a manager about my experience, he acted as if I was lying, and told me I would need to bringthe food back up to replace it. So I'm supposed to come back up and wait another 30 minutes so a manager can confirm that myfood is covered in syrup and replace my 4 sandwiches? Also no greeting or any communication at the pick up window, just an angryhand thrusting food at me. I couldn't imagine running a business like this and I honestly wouldn't have left a review if themanager who took my complaint didn't treat me like a liar. Someone needs to coach this team on proper customer service. Read more
