They asked my husband to leave for not wearing a mask but they can?t even wear gloves to make sandwiches.
Everytime I come to this subway regardless of the time of day, they are always out of Italian herbs and cheese. Tonight the... "GM," was very frazzled to start with breathing heavily, sweating and running around like she didn't know what she was doing.When I asked a simple question, instead of explaining it to me she instantly got rude and nasty with me and literally mashed mytuna down with a tomato and without gloves and continued to belittle me and tell me she was allergic to seafood... The girl serving me acted like she didn't really wanna be there, and made my kids sub so small that a piece of cheese was... hanging over the edges by over an inch. It wasn't more than just a heel piece of bread. My daughter wouldn't even eat it. Thegirl serving us seemed like we were an inconvenience to be there. Great subway! So much has changed since a new manager has taken over. Employees seems engaged and happy with there job. Food and... service is always great. The ladies name when we stopped in was Carolyn she was super sweet and nice. The entire time we wasthere we felt like she actually cared about us and wanted to make sure we had the best experience ever. Subway you made a greatchoice when you hired this Young lady. The worst subway ever. Walk in and there's one person there sitting in the back on their phone. You have to wait for them to... post their selfie, or whatever it is they're doing, before you get to order your sandwich. Read more
