Clear and accurate information will keep anyone from going crazy. It is not in your best interest to put up three different... prices that are not equivalent when you choose the bread or the wrap. There needs to be something notated that says or you needto tell someone before they order the spinach wrap that is only available on the larger orders. I am really done with Subway. Ihave been to four different Subways in Maryland and they all don't understand English. So how can they handle our complaints, inthe United States. Read more
If it wasn?t for the original subway taste I so crave I wouldn?t come here. It?s insane that you still have to tell employees to... wash their hands. If your in production and making numerous subs I understand but coming from sitting in the back on a crate,and careless touching your nose and asking may you help me? Is a bit much. Before you ask what I am looking for, wash your handsbefore anything. As you greet me be at the hand wash sink immediately. And when you?re in your down time, how about cleaning theproduction line. I was at this location on Sunday afternoon, and it was empty. I was greeted immediately and served promptly. But I was very... impressed with the young man on duty who in an empty store instead of sitting down, goofing off or playing on his phone wascleaning up and prepping for the next customer. Integrity. The manager had no problem boasting that as a private owner, she has the right to charge more for a regular salad than other... stores. However, they need to take more care in sanitation! Absolutely terrible. Went in to grab my daughter a kids meal. They advertise a sub, applesauce and milk for $5.99. I ordered the... kids meal very explicitly, therefor the sub they made was tiny (as expected) they then tried to charge me over $8.50 for themeal. I said ?your sign says 5.99?. I was told that was for the sub only and the milk and applesauce were extra. The teeny tinysub!!! I couldn?t believe it. We walked out with nothing and went to qdoba where you got a quesadilla, applesauce,rice,beans,and milk for $5.50! Save yourself the headache and just start with qdoba! Read more
