This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. In-store, ordering on the app or delivery apps, it... doesn't matter. All slow. The workers here are very friendly but they don't work with the same kind of "Starbucks Urgency" orspeed that you come to appreciate with Starbucks. They work really really slow. I've waited 25 minutes before for a singlecoffee, and that was a fully staffed day with 4 people working. If they bring it some help that knows how to work fast thiswould be a great location. This location was very slow when I visited. There were 3 staff working. 2 specifically doing drinks. The other working the... register doing food, ringing up customers, and just simple coffee. There weren't many ppl inside at all. 4 customers includingmyself. One lady said she'd been waiting 30 minutes for 5 drinks. The couple that was there has also been waiting a while.Somehow, there were ppl walking in picking up orders from the counter ??? I was one who'd ordered online and it took 20 minutesto get 2 food items and a pineapple refresher that was not made well . cashier was friendly. Read more
This is a great Starbucks location. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they have mugs available to use ?for... here?. It?s so nice to sit down at a table with a latte or mocha in a real mug instead of a paper cup; you even get a cupdiscount. Plus, you?re saving that bit of trash. Several of the tables have outlets nearby, but many of the outlets? contactsare worn, so you might have to figure out a way to hang your power brick so it doesn?t fall out. Read more

My husband and I visit this location frequently because it?s the closest one to us. The orders made are okay, but I?ve had two... incidents where I?ve ordered my coffee through the app in the morning before work and when I arrive at the location, the storeis closed. I work in a hospital from 7a-7p so it really puts a dent in my day and it wastes my money. They said I would get arefund the first time and I did not. This morning was the second time it?s happened. I called the store to tell them to refundmy money, but of course they are still closed. Read more
Groffs Mills Dr, Owings Mills location is the best in the area. Perfect coffee/beverage EVERY time unlike the St. Thomas... location who have consistently missed obvious ingredients like sweet cream from a sweet cream nitro brew or just forget yourdrink altogether. Needless to say I no longer go there. Groffs' location doesn't miss a beat and now I go out of my way to getmy FABULOUS coffees and beverages! I also feel the need to tip because not only do they make great drinks they're also veryknowledgeable of the menu, poliet and very welcoming. GREAT JOB????? Read more
