Convenient location and decently clean, but nothing is ever stocked. Fridges are always bare and the last few times I?ve stopped... for chicken at night, mind you mid shift times AND someone in the back with others up front, they?ve had nothing and say they?reclosed?. Smh Update: tried again months later and same problem. Maybe if they hired people for the location instead of sendingthem elsewhere they?d be able to keep the deli open like other locations have to. Not sure what manager is allowing deli to beclosed at such a busy location?. Read more
Tried to get some chicken wings around 12am as everything else was closed. I had just got home from the airport/late flight.... Anyway, its 3 people working, one by the food/chicken station and 2 by the cash register. They tell me they not making anychicken wings and I need to eat a drumstick or thigh, which were old sitting out for God knows how long. Ridiculous. I stopped by to fill up and gtab a bite to eat. The floor plan made it easy to find drinks and munchies. I like coming here to... buy a few things before getting home. Read more
Food is never fresh , you spend so much money on horrible chicken. The parking lot is always filled with trash. Worst Royal... Farms in the area. I tell the GM about the chicken problem over night and he just acts like he doesn?t care. Read more
We ordered and paid for 6 chicken breasts for our family?s dinner. We got 6 thighs. Definitely did not get what we paid for.... Disappointing and will not return. (Would like to give no stars but 1 star is the lowest.) Read more
The Pumps are MOT giving you the $.45 discount as advertised. Keep saying my card is invalid. The manager Brandon J says he... cannot help. He only will give carwash discount and Not whole $.45 discount. And he knows there?s a problem?!? I need to callnumber on back of card. I asked why no sign? crickets. This location seems to have the best tasting chicken based on my past experiences at other locations. Here the chicken always... tastes fresh, and isn't too salty. Other locations use way too much salt! However, I must say, the mashed potatoes here weregross! They looked way too yellow and old. They didn't taste good either, so I had to throw them away. So far, I haven't had aproblem with the gas pumps at Owings Mills. At several other locations, I have gone inside to pay for gas, only to walk backoutside, and find that the pump would not release any gas! Owings Mills seems to be a pretty good store, but I wish they'd dosomething about those mashed potatoes! Read more
So I stop here to get lunch I ordered 4 drumsticks and two rolls and fries so I went to pay for my order was completed by the... time I pay for it I grab my food I got back to work I swear the gave me the oldest chicken they had from days ago it?s no waythis was fresh because it was breaking apart when I picked it up. Do yourself a favor do not eat this unless u can verify thefreshness of it I wouldn?t gave my dog that chicken.. Dam shame 20 dollars thrown away just like that.. Read more
