First time coming here and all I have to say is that I LOVED it. Not only was the food good but the customer service was on... point. Since it was my first time I was unsure on what to get but the cashier was super informative of the meats and sides. Igot the brisket , with side of fries and Mac& cheese. Stopped in Sunday at 1 pm for take away. Ordered 1/2 pound brisket, Half chicken and a 1/2 a rack of the Saint Louis style... ribs. The brisket was very tasty and the chicken was delicious however they packed up a 1/2 a rack of baby back ribs and thebaby back ribs were so dry and overcooked. Jerky comes to mind. The sauce (on the side) was good but couldn't help the ribs.Mission barbecue is expensive so I would hope they would get it right. Follow up. Got a nice message of apology and an offer tomake it right. Thought I might receive a coupon or discount coupon perhaps. Got a second note to contact customer service. Gotanother sincere apology. I was rather surprised to find this gem in the north east! True Texas bbq at its best. This place could compete with any bbq... from Texas to California to Memphis! A la carte, a meal for 1 including a side and drink will run you around $18. Skip thecoleslaw ;) try something else. Read more
Nice Mission BBQ conveniently located at Foundry Row Owings Mills. Parking can be tight near the restaurant, but plenty of... spaces available within walking distance. Friendly staff, good food, clean bathrooms. Love the plethora of military relatedmemorabilia, patriotic pictures, flags, first responders and unit patches. Tables available for outdoor dining. My experience here was phenomenal Jared & Sydney were the reason i decided to dine here, Besides the warm welcoming nature of... the atmosphere, to the amazing music and architectural design this was the best dining out experience i?ve ever had. I stopped in to the mission barbecue in Owings Mills Md on 12/7/22 around 1:00 pm, and I was excited because I have not had it... in a while. I was disappointed when I walked through the door and was waited on. The cashier who waited on me was not friendlyat all. She may as well said what do you want because her attitude said it all. I brushed it all and chalked it up to maybe shehaving a bad day. But they need to put her in the back. When I received my food, I gave it two stars because the mac and cheeseand cheesy potatoes where really good. For as much money as they charge for the rib combo I expected to at least get ribs withsome meat on them. My ribs barely had any meat on them. They were bones and fat. I was really surprised that they are evenputting that and serving that to customers like dogs. I have decided that my hard earned money will never patronize this place.The customer service has gone down, the quality of the food has gone down and it is not worth your money. Take it from me pleasego somewere elese, because if you go to this place you will be disappointed. Read more
