I love Mezeh. Their pitas and humus are the best! But at this location, I admit I'm a little confused as to why they don't... want to put humus on the side in a small cup though. They will give me 4 scoops of humus on the salad but will not put it in acup instead. Is it because the little cups cost extra? If so, I would pay 5 cents or 10 cents extra for the cup. They are verygenerous with their servings. I love their food because it's fresh. The pitas are my addiction. Read more
On 6/23 I ordered a Steak and Egg pizza from this location. I was looking forward to this item because this location?s pizzas... were highly recommended to me. I ordered online and a co worker got the order to go and when I received it, I opened up thepizza to find no egg at all. The receipt attached to the pizza box had a list of ingredients needed to make the item and thisincluded an egg. There were no notices on anything and I received no communication from the location that they were out of eggs.I assumed a mistake had been made and since I was really looking forward to this, I drove to the location with the pizza to tryto correct the issue and receive what I paid for. I explained the situation to an employee and then he sent over someone, who Iassumed was a manager, and then the manager came to talk to me. I showed him the pizza and the receipt and he said that theydidn?t have that item on their menu anymore. I explained that it let me order that item online that morning and he could notexplain but just said the product no longer has an egg on it and that this location was no longer being sent eggs. I asked ifthere was anything he could do about the situation and he said, ?No, the item is correct.? Not wanting to make a scene when Iwas clearly being dismissed, I left. This was embarrassing that I had driven out of my way to get the item that I had orderedand paid for and then refused any consideration to the issue. I did try the pizza to try to get my money?s worth and ended uptossing it because the flavor profile in my opinion really needed that egg. I understand supply chain issues causing shortagesin ingredients but to mislead a customer to buy an item they don?t have, never tell them that the item has been changed, and notmaking an attempt to fix it, is unacceptable. I have been to this location a bunch of times and I'm satisfied each time, except for my last visit...On Halloween I ordered... online for pickup. When I got there it wasn't ready and I got there way after my requested pick up time. I usually watch when mysalad bowls are made. This time I didn't and the server put maybe about a 1/4 cup of mixed greens in my bowl (if there weren'tenough she could of substituted) and a ton of hard over cooked rice. Then the bowl wasn't even filled up to the top line. Ididn't check my salad until I was able to sit and eat. I couldn't enjoy it at all and felt like I wasted my money. It is a greatplace to eat and it's always clean. I will go back even after this one bad experience...but that server has to do better for thecustomers sake.
